Bron has spent 14 years building online businesses, first as Nurse Power combining her nursing and marketing careers, then as the Bron Watson brand that became The Social Coach. She built a successful mastermind business, then shut half of it down overnight when a breast cancer diagnosis forced her to confront a business model that was running her into the ground. She did not quit. She pivoted, taught local social media workshops while still on chemotherapy, rebuilt around what she already knew, and kept going. In 2023 she received a second diagnosis, this time an incurable blood cancer, and has since built The Serenity Project, a community for people living through cancer, and is writing a book called "Be Where Your Feet Are" due September 2025.
