Frequently Asked Questions
Everything owner-run businesses ask before booking a Business Workflow Audit. Still unsure? Talk to us or book your audit.
Where is Thinkonic based?
We are based in Nagpur, India, and work with businesses across India and internationally.
How big is your team?
Thinkonic is a focused technology team with experienced engineers and automation specialists. We stay lean by design so we can move fast and stay closely involved in every project.
What is the Business Workflow Audit?
A paid 60-minute call (₹2,500 + GST) that walks through all five workflows your business runs on and finds exactly where you have become the bottleneck. You get a written diagnosis within 48 hours, and the fee is credited in full if we go on to work together.
How do you charge after the audit?
Once the audit shows what to fix, we agree the right model. The audit fee is credited against the first piece of work.
- Fixed price for clearly defined workflow fixes
- Monthly retainer for ongoing improvements
What kind of ROI can I expect?
ROI depends on how manual your current processes are. During consultation, we help estimate impact based on your setup.
- Reduced manual work
- Fewer follow-up mistakes
- Better visibility in operations
- Time saved for founders and managers
How long does it take to fix a workflow?
Most single workflows can be fixed in a few weeks. We work one workflow at a time, in priority order, so your operations are never disrupted.
Do you replace our existing software?
Usually no. We improve and connect what you already use instead of replacing everything.
Is this suitable for small and mid-sized businesses?
Yes. Most of our work is with growing teams that are finding manual processes difficult to manage.
Do you provide support after setup?
Yes. We stay involved to refine and improve systems as your business evolves. Automation should grow with you.
Do I really need AI?
Not always. Most businesses first benefit from fixing how their workflows run. AI is used only where it genuinely saves time or improves a decision.
Why should we choose Thinkonic instead of hiring an in-house developer?
Most operational problems are not coding problems, they are workflow and process problems. We start by understanding how your business actually runs, then fix the workflows that keep everything running through you.
We also bring experience from working across multiple businesses. That outside perspective helps identify gaps that internal teams may not notice. In some cases, businesses work with both an internal developer and us: we focus on system design and strategy, while internal teams handle execution.
