The Only Female CEO Running India's Biggest Water Park

She is the only female CEO in India's amusement park industry. She runs a 70-acre theme park with 150 staff and 2,000 weekend visitors. She has written two books while doing it.

In this episode of Chaos To Clarity, Piyush Thacker sits down with Mansse Bhandari, CEO of Fun and Food Village Nagpur. Mansse studied hospitality at Intercontinental Hotel Management School in Australia and then in Switzerland. She worked with five-star chains across the world: Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton in Brussels, ANA. She ran her own tea lounge called OT in Brussels. She lived in Belgium and the UAE, where she helped open Iceland Water Park and the Aquapark Chuchik in Uzbekistan. Then she came back to Nagpur to take over the family park her father built 35 years ago, and turned it into one of the most loved destinations in Vidarbha.

Mansse also serves as Western Co-Vice Chairman of the Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries. During COVID, when the park shut and the silence hit her for the first time in 25 years, she started two Instagram pages from zero followers: Style Up Your Face and Style Up Your Place. They became the foundation of her first book.
