The challenge

Advisory businesses run on trust and relationships. But when client data lives in individual phones and documents are impossible to find, even the best advisors look disorganised — and clients notice.

No centralised place for client data

Client records, policy details, and contact information were spread across individual team members' phones, notebooks, and spreadsheets. There was no single view of a customer.

Documents were hard to find and share

Policy copies, KYC documents, and other client files were stored informally. When a customer asked for their policy document, the team had to hunt for it and share it manually over WhatsApp.

Renewal reminders are sent automatically 30, 15, and 7 days before each policy expires. Clients are informed in time and advisors don't have to chase manually.

Instant document sharing via shareable link

When a client needs a document — policy copy, premium receipt, or any file — the team generates a shareable link in seconds and sends it directly on WhatsApp. No hunting, no delays.
